Grace Seward and Danisha Walker had just arrived home and parked their car on July 15 th , 2018. Police responded to shots fired 911 calls and found both women suffering from gun shot wounds in the 100 block of Gorman. Both women had been shot as they were exiting the vehicle. The shooter approached from the rear of the vehicle and began shooting multiple times. Both victims were taken to SAMMC where Grace was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. Danisha Walker recovered from her injuries. Apparently Grace and another woman had argued with two people at a bar earlier in the evening. They were followed home and shot by two shooters after parking and exiting their vehicle. The Victims Grace Seward (Ace Boogie) was twenty four at the time of her death. On March 22, 2018 Candida Jimenez was walking with two male friends towards her apartment when an unknown male approached them and demanded her purse. He shot her friend in the foot, Candida was shot nine times. The shooter then fled on foot with the purse. Candida was transported to University Hospital where she died due to her injuries. She was only 22 years old at the time of her death. Police have not said if it was a robbery or a targeted attack. The Victim There was not a lot of information on her Facebook page which is maintained by her mother. She had at least one child, but again, it is unclear the number of children she had. There are not pictures of her engaging in high risk behaviors like drinking or using drugs. Her interests, music, movies and TV show preferences are very similar to her peers.
